President Mustafa Akinci had a telephone conversation with UN Secretary-General’s Special Adviser on Cyprus Jane Holl Lute.
The telephone call, which was held at the request on Mrs Lute, lasted 20 minutes.
The President, once again, expressed his well known opinions on the Cyprus negotiations during the call while Mrs Lute assessed the situation with him. They exchanged views about developments that might arise in the future, Baris Burcu, Akinci’s spokesman said.
Mrs Lute continues her contacts with all parties to the Cyprus negotiations.
