President Akinci has hosted a meeting at the presidential palace today, to coordinate the planning of a large scale environmental initiative.
Tourism and Environment Minister Fikri Atagoglu, SDP leader Cemal Ozyigit, municipalities and civil society organisations attend the meeting, chaired by the president.
At the opening of the meeting, Akinci said that the priority was the Cyprus problem, but no one had the luxury of ignoring the country’s internal problems.
