President Mustafa Akıncı met with new French Ambassador to Nicosia Isabelle Dumont. She has replaced former French Ambassador to Nicosia Rene Troccaz.
Akıncı and Dumont discuss the forthcoming trilateral meeting in Berlin which will be taking place on 25 November as well as the latest developments on the Cyprus problem.
Akıncı also informed Dumont on the current position of the Turkish Cypriot side as regards the Cyprus Problem and the suggestion he made to President Nicos Anastasiades to form a joint-committee to manage the exploration of hydrocarbons offshore Cyprus.
