Turkish Cypriot Minister of Environment and Natural Resources Hakan Dinçyürek announced that as of today a filter system has been installed at AKSA power plant at Kalecik, ‘Kibris Postasi’ reports.
Although the filter was installed today, it would take 10 days for it to be fully functioning, he said.
Speaking to press after inspecting the site and the control room, Dinçyürek stated that a team of experts will arrive in Cyprus who will work on the automation and calibration of the filters.
