Anastasiades meeting party leaders to discuss Cyprus talks

President Nicos Anastasiades will be meeting this morning with the leaders of parliamentary parties to discuss the future of the Cyprus talks, ‘Famagusta Gazette’ reports.

He will be chairing talks with party leaders at his retreat in the Troodos Mountains.

Top of the agenda will be the continuing presence in Cyprus waters of Turkish seismic exploration vessel ‘Barbaros’.

On Thursday, the Government Spokesman Nicos Christodoulides said that the aim is to hold fruitful Cyprus negotiations without the existence of threats, blackmail or violations.
