87 year old Ibrahim Usman who lives all alone in a modest house in the village of Yedidalga (near Lefke) was somewhat surprised when he received his latest electricity bill which amounted to TL 713,618.
He has apparently complained to KIB-TEK before about high bills and been told that it will be rectified. However he has not had a bill quite this large until now.
