Bandabulya Food Festival, organised by Nicosia council to help promote the covered market, opened at 10am on Saturday and has been deemed a great success.
Locals and tourists thronged to the many stalls to taste different aspects of Cypriot cuisine. Nicosia council orchestra provided musical entertainment as they sampled the different foods.
