The body of an unidentified male was discovered in the sea around five metres from the beach east of Kyrenia Tourism Port.
A doctor who examined the body at the scene said that there were no apparent signs of assault or injury.
Attempts will be made to identify the man and an autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death.
Meanwhile, a police investigation into the incident is underway .
