Irsen Kucuk Wins UBP Elections

At just after 4pm today, the last voting box was opened. Based on these results, Mr Kucuk received 708 votes, while Dr Kasif got 701 votes.

It appears that 6 votes were discarded and 15 delegates did not vote.
