The Ministry of Finance announced this morning that there had been technical issues with obtaining financing.
The new government press office announced that planned salary and other payments for June 28th could not be paid.
Their statement pointed out that under the objective of providing honest information, the government budget had been disclosed and updated every week since June 14th.
However there was no explanation provided as to the technical reasons that left thousands of civil servants unpaid for the month of June.
