KAMU-IS, the civil servants’ union issued a press statement today stating that the union has been meeting with the government over collective bargaining issues but it feels that it will not be getting any benefits from the proposed agreement.
Therefore, unless the provisions of the agreement are changed, the union will be calling its members to go on strike between April 1st and April 5th.
The union apologises to the public in advance for any inconvenience caused.
