The clocks go back one hour in the south on Sunday however, this will leave one hour’s time difference between north and south Cyprus.
In line with Turkey, the TRNC will not be adjusting its clocks to Daylight Saving Time (DST).
As the north is linked to Turkey via the banking sector, aviation, business and commerce, the assembly also voted to not to implement DST, meaning that there will be two different time zones on the island until March next year.
