Twenty one people tested positive cases for Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, 20 of whom were local, health minister Ali Pilli said.
In the south, 288 new cases of the coronavirus were detected and five people have died from the disease
The total number of cases in North Cyprus is 1,800 and 10 people have died. In the south, there have been 27,638 cases and 153 people have died.
