Legendary rock band Deep Purple arrived in the TRNC yesterday evening, Turkish online newspaper ‘Haberimport’ says.
The world famous band landed at Ercan airport in a British Airways private charter plane.
The Near East University has spared no expense in celebrating its 25th anniversary by hiring the band, creating an outdoor arena for the rock concert and chartering a plane to bring Deep Purple over to the TRNC to give a free* concert.
Deep Purple, take the stage this evening at 21.30.
