The Greek Cypriot Ministry of Transport has announced that it will use every means to end direct flights from Ercan to Iran.
There were six flights made by Atlas Jet last summer before the Greek Cypriot authorities managed to ban them. Apparently yesterday there was a direct flight made by Corendon Airlines.
The Ministry said that it had heard of these flights through a newspaper and declared them illegal. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will also be joining in the efforts to ban the flights.
