An earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale occurred in Güzelyurt Bay at around 9.20 am today, Kibris Postasi reported.
According to the Kandilli Observatory, the earthquake happened 5.5 km offshore in Güzelyurt Bay at a depth of 9.1km.
The tremors were felt in Lefke, it was reported.
