El-Sen in a continuing battle to re-coup unpaid electricity debts to KIB-TEK has, once more, cut off power to Bayrak TV and Radio station (BRTK).
According to EL-SEN leader Caglayan Cesurer, BRT still owes KIB-TEK TL 18 million.
BRT does have a generator but that cannot be used indefinitely. Cesurer said that he had repeatedly written to BRT to warn it about the possibility of another power cut off if payment plans were not honoured.
BRT had its power supply cut on 21st January this year for owing TL 19 million 925 thousand and not being able to agree the terms of a repayment plan.
