President Mustafa Akinci is in Istanbul to be present at the 23rd World Energy Congress and the Energy Summit of the Head of States and Government.
Akinci, who is attending the event as a guest of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, arrived in Istanbul last night. The two presidents met earlier today.
The president will return to the TRNC tomorrow afternoon after completing his contacts in Istanbul.
