The Minister of Finance has sent forms to thousands of pensioners to see if they are still alive and remain entitled to pension payments.
The forms were sent out on February 25th and need to be returned within a month. If they are not, then payments will be stopped.
It has been said that some families are still benefiting from pensions of now deceased relatives.
