The fourth hearing at court on the assassination of Kyrenia casino owner Halil Falyalı and his driver Murat Demirtaş in Çatalköy is being held today at Kyrenia Magistrates’ Court, Yeniduzen reports.
At this hearing, a new witness will be brought before the court to testify.
The legal process for the murder case began on 5 October 5th. During the first hearing, witness Faik Enderoğlu took the stand and gave evidence. Enderoğlu was present on the street where the assassination took place.
At the second and third hearings, police crime scene investigation officers presented the evidence they had gathered.
