A man posing as a Land Registry officer has been arrested.
Mehmet Konyalioglu has repeatedly appeared in court for fraud. This time it was for posing as head of the Land Registry Office.
He is charged with defrauding three people out of TL 900, using this assumed title.
Judge Serife Kir ordered that he be held for three days while police investigations continue.
