The Guzelyurt post office was robbed, the safe opened and TL 20,000 taken.
The thieves cut through the iron bars of a window and used the safe key which they found in the drawer of a desk.
They carried out the robbery during the night of April 22rd as they knew that the following day was a holiday.
The robbery was discovered in the morning of April 24th. Youths saw that the bars had been cut and contacted the police.
Security cameras have been analysed and two women acting suspiciously are being questioned.
