House sales in the TRNC have increased after the failed coup in Turkey on 15th July, according to the chairman of the estate agents union, Hasan Sungur.
He added that Kyrenia is the first choice for Turkish mainland house buyers purchasing property in the North, followed by Famagusta, Yeni Iskele and Yeni Erenkoy.
