The two Cypriot negotiators met today in the Nicosia Buffer Zone where the second phase of negotiations over substantive issues are being discussed, ‘Kibris Postasi’ reported.
Speaking after the meeting, Turkish Cypriot negotiator Kudret Özersay noted that “important progress” had been achieved on property and foreign relations issues in the course of yesterday’s meeting.
