The increase in building, demands on local infrastructure by an ever-increasing population and building in river beds is making Kyrenia even more prone to flooding, Independence Road organisation has said.
They have pointed the finger of blame at Kyrenia municipality who, they say, have learned no lessons from past flooding incidents.
