‘Pink October’ – Breast Cancer Awareness Month ran over into November this year with the Ladies Bowling and Fun night falling on 23rd November. The event was completely sold out and it proved to be a great fun night for all!
The bowling was a huge success with everyone entering into the spirit of the night. This was won by Jan Cobbing and the runner up being Ann Workman.
The meal put on by Kings Bowling was really good and gave 
everyone the energy to get up and dance the night away to Katie B, singing some fabulous songs.
Sue and Carole of Tulips would like to thank everyone who made the night so successful: Nurcan Hanim, Hasan Bey and all the staff of Kings Bowling who looked after us all so well, Katie B who once again offered her services for free for Breast Cancer Awareness and provided us with raffle prizes, all our sponsors, listed below, who generously provided prizes for the bowling competition and the raffle and of course to everyone who came along and supported this fabulous evening.

The total figure raised was a massive 2,510 TL! We are so pleased that the event raised so much for Tulips/Help those with Cancer Association, this money is invaluable in helping people in the foreign community who are fighting cancer and so badly need our help and support.
