The Turkish Cypriot municipalities’ union and the mayor of Guzelyurt, Mahmut Ozcinar accompanied by a delegation are currently in Strasbourg in order to attend the 35th Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe.
The congress was launched yesterday and ends today. North Nicosia mayor Mehmet Harmanci and the mayor of Gonyeli are among the members attending the delegation.
