A man appeared in Nicosia court yesterday charged with attempted fraud using a counterfeit money order.
On March 21st, Ozcan Bayrak presented a fake money order for US$ 30,000 in the name of Kadir Ozturk. However, Isbank employees noted discrepancies in the money order and Bayrak was arrested.
He is being detained while police investigations continue.
