New flights between Liverpool and Larnaca begin in June

Romanian budget carrier Blue Air has announced that it will begin direct flights to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport from Larnaca Airport this summer.

The twice weekly flights start on 17th June.

The move is also welcome for residents in Cyprus – especially Cypriot students studying in the United Kingdom and British expats.

Blue Air has two aircraft based at Larnaca Airport. and has been operating for 11 years. They offer flights to over 70 scheduled destinations in Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

Meanwhile, Cypriot low-budget Cobalt carrier this week announced its first flight to Tel Aviv in Israel would take place on 26th March.
