The Council of Ministers approved the “Telecommunications Services Fees and Implementation Regulation” and published it in yesterday’s Official Gazette. The new telecommunications services fees will come into effect on September 1, BRTK reported.
Accordingly, the price per minute for domestic landline calls to other landlines was 0.16 kuruş; the price per minute for calls made from home to Turkcell via Telsim was 0.32 kuruş; and the price per minute for calls made from home to landlines and mobile phones in Turkey was set as 0.32 kuruş.
VAT will be applied in addition to all call fees.
