A 10km section of the dual carriage way between Guzelyurt and Doğancı ending at the Güneşköy-Doğancı roundabout was opened to motorists yesterday morning.
Work on the 17.25km-long dualcarriage way first started in 2013, but delays caused by a number of court injunctions filed by property owners, means that the roadwork has yet to be completed.
