The TRNC General Assembly has amended the law regarding real estate property and long-term land lease to foreigners.
Turkish Cypriot daily ‘Havadis’ reported yesterday that foreigners in the TRNC will now be able to lease or purchase up to three properties.
Until recently, foreigners could possess only one property or plot of land.
