Prime Minister Omer Kalyoncu left for Ankara last night to sign the agreement with Turkey on water management in the TRNC.
Kalyoncu was accompanied by foreign minister Emine Colak, the agriculture and natural resources minister Erkuk Sahali and culture minister Kutlu Evren, along with a number of administrators. He will meet with Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu on Wednesday and also sign the water agreement.
The paper further reports that the Council of Ministers held a meeting on Tuesday, prior to Kalyoncu’s visit to Ankara.
