A preliminary report will be prepared in accordance with Article 5 of the Privatisation Act in order to improve the efficiency of the state telecom’s departments, by meeting changing needs, in line with today’s technological developments.
According to the decision of the Council of Ministers on 23rd February, revenue sharing methods and bargaining procedures will also be tendered.
