President Mustafa Akinci left Cyprus for Istanbul on Tuesday in order to participate in the Global Relations Forum.
According to a statement issued by his office, the President is expected to deliver a speech regarding the Cyprus negotiations. He will return to north Cyprus on the Thursday evening.
