Heavy rainfall and storms will continue for the next two days, the Met Office has warned.
Over the next two days, rain and strong winds will last until Thursday. Rainfall is expected to reach between 5.1 and 7.5 cm on Thursday, after which, conditions will ease.
On Friday, December 7, rain is expected to clear away from the region by midday. However, on Sunday evening, December 9, further rain will arrive in Cyprus, continuing on until Monday and Tuesday.
Meanwhile, streets have been closed off to traffic and many homes and business premises have been damaged by flooding.
