Heavy rainfall and thunderstorms will continue, the Met Office has warned.
Today will be partly cloudy with rain or thunderstorms until noon tomorrow. Eastern regions of the island will have rain in places until Friday.
In the south of the island, a yellow alert was issued. There has been torrential rainfall in the eastern regions of southern Cyprus.
