Two men, Oktay Bucaklar and Vepa Azimowa (Turkmenistan) appeared at Nicosia court yesterday to hear their sentences. Both were found guilty of beating and raping two Vietnamese women in June 2012, on a farm in Haspolat.
Judge Bahar Saner sentenced Azimowa to 10 years in prison and Bucaklar received 2.5 years.
