Strong winds will whip up rough seas at the weekend, Met Office specialist Fehmi Oktay has warned.
The air will be hot and humid and a strong wind will blow from the south and west, he said.
He warned that visitors to the coast should beware of the sea state. Oktay added that UV radiation is also very high and people should remain in the shade at the hottest times of the day.
