The Met Office has released its weather forecast report for the period of May 11th to 17th.
According to the forecast, the region is expected to be influenced by a low-pressure system and the presence of cool, moist air masses in the upper atmosphere.
It’s forecasted that today and tomorrow, scattered showers or even thunderstorms can be expected.
The statement also mentions that the region will experience light rainfall until Wednesday, with Thursday and Friday being mostly clear with some clouds.
Furthermore, the statement predicts that temperatures will peak around 26-29 C inland and 21-24 C on the coast. Winds are expected to be predominantly from the south and west, moderately strong at times, and possibly becoming strong, even reaching stormy levels tomorrow.
