A speeding car swerved out of control slamming into the wall of the Canbulat Museum, part of Famagusta’s old city wall yesterday evening.
41 year old Salih Karatas, attempted to take a corner at excessive speed and hit the old city wall.
Fortunately there were no fatalities. Three people were injured, including a six year old boy.
The driver and two passengers are in Famagusta state hospital suffering from serious injuries.
