The head of Traffic without Accidents Association (TRAKAYAD) Hussein Sevay called for transparency about where the money was being spent.
“If the penalties collected from traffic speed detection cameras in the last 10 years were spent properly and in the right places, many lives would have been saved and many of those accidents would never have happen,” he said.
