The sixth bi-communal business enterprise competition has been announced by the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation.
The Stelios Award for Business Cooperation in Cyprus aims to promote bi-communal business cooperation across the island between Turkish Cypriot and Greek Cypriot entrepreneurs by giving promising ventures the financial support they need to grow.
As many as ten annual awards valued at 10,000 euros each will be presented to partnerships which show evidence of bi-communal co-operation and trust, the foundation’s press release states.
Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou will hand out the awards in mid-October in Nicosia.
