Continuing stormy weather across the island has caused damage in some areas. Power lines were blown down in Dikmen, trees were toppled and a number of domestic water tanks were blown away, Kibris Postasi reported.
Kib-Tek and the local municipality are continuing their work to clear up and restore power.
