The Minister for Foreign Affairs Tahsin Ertugruloglu has met with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan. No statements were made after the meeting, Vatan reports.
In addition, the Minister of Works and Transport Kemal Durust met with the Turkish Minister of Transportation, Maritime and Aviation Ahmet Arslan. After the meeting, Durust said that the TRNC would be further strengthened with the aid of the motherland.
Turkish Cypriot daily Havadis writes that Health Minister Faiz Sucuoglu, is traveling to Istanbul today in order to hold contacts with Turkish officials regarding the plans for constructing a new hospital in North Nicosia.
