The Baroosh Bar (Alsancak) Quizzers raised a fantastic 3,075TL for Tulips on 7 September.
Tulips would like to say a massive thank you to Kevin Parker and Sharon Haines (Baroosh Owners) for organising the quiz which was in fact in memory of Kevin’s mother, Sylvia, who passed away on 19 June from cancer.
Kevin and Sharon donated all the prizes for the ‘Meat’ raffle plus 50% of the cost of each meal on the night.
Tulips would also like to thank Richard Brown who very generously donated 1,000TL, the winning team who put their earnings back into the Tulips pot and of course quiz master for the night Steve Gittins.
Finally Tulips says thank you to the quizzers, had you not been there parting with your hard earned cash this money would not have been raised!
