Lawyers representing a Greek Cypriot have withdrawn their appeal by mutual consent at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) against the effectiveness of the Immovable Property Commission (IPC). The IPC confiscated two ministerial cars in July 2015 in order to secure compensation for the client.
Citing reliable sources, Kibris Postasi reports that the Turkish government has been ordered to pay the amount of £2.1 million immediately, for compensation for a Greek Cypriot property in Karşıyaka.
