Turkey’s second drillship ‘Yavuz’ is now off the coast of the Karpaz peninsula on Cyprus’ east coast.
The ‘Yavuz’, which departed from Gebze following a ceremony on 20 June moored in Mersin-Tasucu for refuelling and technical checks. The vessel is now visible off the Karpaz coast.
According to site www.marinetraffic.com, ‘Yavuz’ is shown to be south of Cape Zafer Burnu [Apostolos Andreas] on the Karpaz peninsula.
