Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu will arrive in North Cyprus tomorrow for a two day visit
On the agenda will be talks on bilateral relation, in particular the Cyprus problem.
A five-party informal meeting has been mooted for early March to see if there is enough common ground to restart negotiations.
