Turkish water supply delayed because of technical problem

There has been a delay in supplying water from the mainland to North Nicosia, Famagusta and the villages of Hamitköy and Tepebaşı, Minister of Agriculture and Natural Resources Nazim Cavusoglu has said.

This is because there has been a technical problem at the main pumping station at Çamlıbel.

Officials of Turkey’s State Water Affairs Department (DSI), told Kibris Gazetesi that they were doing their best to solve the problem as soon as possible.
